BOMO Renovations manages residential and commercial renovations, construction, home extensions and custom carpentry in Cape Town.
Our role is to help property owners move from an early idea or rough scope into a more structured renovation process — with practical design guidance, coordinated trades, supplier communication and attention to the details that affect the final result.

Built from first-hand renovation experience
BOMO Renovations started from a problem we experienced ourselves.
When we moved to Cape Town and began renovating our own property, we quickly realised how difficult it can be to find reliable contractors, coordinate different trades and keep a renovation moving in the right direction. Like many property owners, we went through several suppliers and contractors before finding the right people.
That experience shaped how BOMO works today. We understood that most clients do not only need a builder, plumber, electrician, carpenter or painter in isolation. They need someone who can help define the scope, bring the right people together, coordinate the process and make sure the details are followed through properly.
Over time, BOMO has built a trusted network of builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, architects and other specialists that we work with regularly. These are teams we know, understand and can coordinate as part of a more structured renovation process.

BOMO works across a range of property improvement projects, from focused kitchen and bathroom upgrades to full house renovations, apartment renovations, commercial office renovations, construction work and custom carpentry.

A more structured way to renovate
We usually begin with a remote project review before arranging a site visit. This helps us understand the scope, review photos or videos, consider the likely trades involved and prepare an estimated quotation before arranging a site visit.
If the estimate is in line with the client’s expectations, we will visit the property to confirm the scope, inspect the existing condition and finalise the quotation. Once approved, BOMO coordinates the relevant trades, suppliers, materials, site work and communication through to handover.
